This establishment provides professional massage services only; massage therapy treatments are strictly non-sexual. 

Any suggestive or inappropriate statements, behaviors, or actions will result in immediate termination of the session, and the client will be banned from further treatment at the clinic. 

The client will be required to pay the full cost of the session, and authorities will be notified if deemed appropriate.

Cancelation Policy

Prairie Rose Renewal requires 24 hours notice for any cancelations or changes (appointment length or treatment) to appointments.

Prairie Rose Renewal will charge a cancelation fee & may ask clients to pre-pay for their next appointment.

Less than 24 hours notice: Client agrees to pay 50% of the scheduled appointment fee

Less than 2 hours notice: Client agrees to pay 100% of the scheduled appointment fee

Missed appointment: Client agrees to pay 100% of the scheduled appointment fee

Appointment Changes: Client agrees to pay for the appointment as scheduled (duration & treatment) if requesting to make changes with less than 24 hours notice

Exceptions will be made for unsafe driving conditions and other circumstances as we see necessary.

Fees are due within 30 days, or appointments currently scheduled will be canceled and no other appointments will be scheduled until this fee is paid.
