Manual Osteopathy is a manual therapy (such as massage therapy, chiropractic, physiotherapy, occupational therapy) that is drug free, non invasive, and hands on/palpation based. It's focus is on bringing the body back to a balanced, functional state of well being where it can heal and maintain health. The goal is to find the root cause of dysfunction and associated symptoms. A focus is put on client's health history, as well as on physical assessment.

Functional and structural dysfunctions are found and treated using osteoarticulations, visceral manipulation, craniosacral therapy, manual lymph therapy, and myofascial release.

A Manual Osteopathic Therapist seeks to help restore balance and health of the body as a single unit rather than working on individual parts.
